Easy Beef and Bean Burritos
With just a few ingredients, these Easy Beef and Bean Burritos are not only simple to whip up, they are also budget friendly. They are a family favorite!

Servings: 8 servings
- 1 pound ground beef
- ½ cup onions chopped
- 15.5 ounces baked beans can, undrained (I usually get the vegetarian kind just because we don’t like the pork bits in there)
- 2 avocados sliced
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons cilantro optional
- 8 flour tortillas
In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute the ground beef and onions until beef is no longer pink and onions are cooked, about 7 minutes. Drain off fat.
Add can of baked beans to pan and simmer on low for about 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
To serve, add about 1/4 cup of mixture to each tortilla. Top with avocados, sour cream, cheddar cheese and/or cilantro, as desired. Each person can customize to their taste!
