Italian turkey sausage
browned & drained

canned petite diced tomatoes

Italian herb blend

Instructions
In large skillet brown the ground turkey sausage until no longer pink. Drain off grease and add to a 6-quart slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients - onion, canned tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, Italian herb blend, salt, basil, oregano and garlic salt. Stir to combine.
Add water and stir again until well mixed. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours.
When done, serve over pasta or portion out into freezer safe containers.
If freezing, label and date your containers and freeze for up to 3 months.
