falafel mix
prepare as directed and set aside and keep warm

cucumber
diced

plain Greek yogurt

cooked, we prefer jasmine or basmati rice for our Greek tacos

Greek seasoning
can be found in the spice section of your grocery store

Instructions
In medium saute pan, brown ground turkey or ground beef. Drain off fat.
Add Greek seasoning and stir to blend.
To assemble Greek tacos, lay one pita bread on a plate.
Add desired amount of cooked rice, falafel or ground meat mixture (or both), Greek yogurt, chopped vegetables and feta cheese.
Feel free to mix and match to suit your taste!
