Instructions
Blend cauliflower in food processor until fine.
Add cauliflower, potatoes, onion, 1 cup water, garlic, salt and pepper to slow cooker. Cook on high 4 hours.
Mix in yogurt with hand mixer until well incorporated. Top with parsley.
