With just a few ingredients, these Easy Beef and Bean Burritos are not only simple to whip up, they are also budget friendly. They are a family favorite!
15.5ouncesbaked beanscan, undrained (I usually get the vegetarian kind just because we don’t like the pork bits in there)
2avocadossliced
½cupsour cream
½cupshredded cheddar cheese
2tablespoonscilantrooptional
8flour tortillas
1avocadoripe and sliced
Instructions
In a large saucepan over medium heat, saute the ground beef and onions until beef is no longer pink and onions are cooked, about 7 minutes. Drain off fat.
Add can of baked beans to pan and simmer on low for about 5 minutes or until mixture is heated through.
To serve, add about ¼ cup of mixture to each tortilla. Top with avocados, sour cream, cheddar cheese and/or cilantro, as desired. Each person can customize to their taste!
