Ingredients

drained

can of yellow hominy
drained (or substitute 1 cup frozen yellow corn)

medium tomatoes
chopped (about 1 ½ cups)

green onions
chopped
▢

cloves
garlic
minced
▢

medium green pepper
chopped
▢

jalapeno pepper
seeded and chopped
▢

cup
chopped yellow onion
▢

bottle Italian dressing
▢
Tortilla chips
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to mix well.
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving so flavors can blend.
Serve with tortilla chips or as a side to chicken or fish.
Store in refrigerator up to three days.
