Spinach Pinwheel Appetizers
I’ve been making these delicious Spinach Pinwheel Appetizers for years! These tasty bites are filled with spinach, bacon, cream cheese and green onions then wrapped up in a tortilla and so easy to make ahead too!

Ingredients

light cream cheese
softened
▢

cup
cooked bacon
finely chopped
▢
1
cup
green onions
chopped
▢
1
cup
frozen spinach
thawed and drained
▢

flour tortillas
(6-inch size)
Instructions
In medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, chopped bacon and chopped green onions.
Add thawed and drained spinach and stir until blended.
To Assemble Pinwheels
Using a rubber spatula, spread about ⅓ cup of mixture on tortillas—about two-thirds of tortilla. Roll tightly to enclose filling.
Place seam side down in a gallon size ziptop bag or flat airtight container.
If in a bag, place on a flat baking sheet then refrigerate four hours or overnight.
To Serve
When ready to serve, sliced into bite-size pieces, about ½ -inch thick.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
