Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels

Pinwheels are a nice change from the usual sandwich. Bite-sized and easily packable, they are delicious for kids and adults alike! The filling can be made ahead and the pinwheels assembled the night before or in the morning making lunchbox packing a breeze!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Ranch dressing, divided
  • 1 tablespoon shredded carrots
  • 2 8-inch tortillas

Instructions

  • In a small, bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, 1 tablespoon ranch dressing and carrots. Divide the mixture between the two tortillas. Roll up and cut into pinwheels.
