1cupwhite ricechoose your favorite--converted, Basmati or Jasmine
2cupswater
1teaspoonlime zest
2tablespoonslime juice
3tablespoonsfresh cilantrofinely chopped
Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine water and rice.
Cover and cook on high to bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed and fully cooked.
Stir in grated lime peel, lime juice and cilantro. Serve warm.
