2bananasvery ripe, with spots. The riper they are, the sweeter they become.
2cupsbaby spinachloosely packed in measuring cup
1smallavocado½ avocado if it is larger
1teaspoon ground flax seed
½cupplain yogurtwe prefer Greek yogurt, but any plain variety will do
1tablespoonshoney
1 ½cupsskim milkcan substitute soy or almond milk if you like

Combine all ingredients in blender until blended. Pour and enjoy!
