  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • 1/2 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • In blender, add juice and spinach to then blender and blend well. In blender, add banana and frozen fruit and blend together.
