Remember, last week when I mentioned I had done my weekly meal plan for the rest of the month? Well, best laid plans have gone awry because of a couple of things that came up on our calendar and one activity I had totally forgotten about! Whoops!
That’s ok. I’m only switching around a couple of things and that’s why I always double check my plan at the start of each new week to make sure I’m still on track to go with what I had in mind.
So here’s what’s on our Weekly Menu Plan for this week:
Weekly Menu Plan
Monday: Crockpot Rosemary Pork Tenderloin, garlic herb mashed potatoes and roasted broccoli. This was on last week’s menu but because we had so many leftovers mid-week, I decided to serve those and push this back until this week.
Tuesday: Slowcooker Turkey Vegetable Barley Soup with cornbread. My family has been asking and asking for this and now that the weather is turning much colder here in Texas, I figured it was a great time to serve it! (not that you need a cold weather excuse)
Wednesday: Crispy Salsa Ranch Chicken from Dream Dinners, roasted spaghetti squash and a garden salad
Thursday: Special outing–no cooking for me!
Saturday: Leftovers/Out to Eat
Sunday: Homemade Pizza Night with a variety of toppings and a garden salad
