There’s nothing too special to say about this week’s meal plan except I’m so glad I sat down a few weeks ago and planned out two months’ worth of meals. This week is a great example of how I’ve changed things up a bit though but making some substitutions to the original plan.
Here’s what’s on our menu this week:
Monday: Santa Fe Pork Burritos (from freezer) and garden salad
Tuesday: Slowcooker Creamy Tomato Soup with cheese tortellini (I added that part myself to original recipe) and grilled cheese
Wednesday: Special outing–no cooking for me!
Thursday: Chicken Risotto and garden salad
Saturday: Leftovers/out to eat
Sunday: Paninis (not sure yet what but will be trying something from this Panini cookbook I have!)
