Monday: swim meet/leftovers
Tuesday: Bison steak on the grill (yes, we bought locally raised grass-fed bison steak to try!), sweet potato fries, sliced cucumbers
Wednesday: Cheese ravioli and tomato sauce (kiddo #1 talked me into buying the “meal deal” this week
), garden salad
Thursday: Crunchy Chicken Tenders with apricot dipping sauce, Granny Smith slaw
Friday: leftovers

Saturday: out to eat–new Vietnamese restaurant!
Sunday: Father’s Day–special meal including Teriyaki Steak, grilled potatoes and onions, black bean and corn salad, garden salad and fresh berries and ice cream for dessert!
