This sounds lovely, always looking for new ideas!
Let's see, favorite quick, to-go breakfast? Breakfast bentos for my kids since I can pack them the night before–http://bentolunch.blogspot.com/2010/06/blueberry-breakfast-bento.html ;o) We usually do yogurt, fruit, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, easily portable food.
Following via Google!
And liked on FB!
My favorite breakfast is homemade granola, fresh berris, plain fat free yogurt.
I'm following you now.
I did the face book thing.
My new favorite:pineapple, fresh cheese and bagel.
Love the blog–looks lovely!
I really have a hard time with refined grains. They taste delicious like candy, but they make me crash and crazy by 10am (which everyone in my office tells me is an inappropriate time to eat lunch, go fig) So I try to skip white flour for breakfast. I love greek yogurt with frozen blue berries or raspberries sprinkled with some slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds. Tons of protein, lots of high fiber fruit and enough natural sugar to get the engines turning. Also good–farmer's market fruit prepped and frozen. Cherries? To die for!
A bagel and a banana are my two favorites!
Bircher museli girl here, oats prepared the night before, yoghurt, fruit, berries and nuts/seeds/LSA added in the morning. Yummmmmy and very filling. This is a Low GI and tasty breaky.
