
It’s a mixed up week this week for us so my meal plan is a little light. Here’s what’s on our menu this week:
Monday: Baked potatoes with leftover Baked Potato Dip (leftover from a party we went to on Sunday; had some potatoes I needed to use up too)
Tuesday: special activity-no cooking for me!
Wednesday: Peachy Turkey Meatballs; steamed rice, edamame
Thursday: special activity-dinner out!
Friday: Chicken Pot Pie, graden salad
Saturday: special activity-no cooking for me!
Sunday: Make-Your-Own Pizza (for the kids) and Barbecue Chicken Pizza (for us)
I really need to stop writing this stuff when I’m hungry–I’m getting REALLY hungry now! What’s on your menu this week?
