So I'm back on track after the holidays and last night I actually planned out this month's worth of meals (yep, the whole month). Here's what's on the menu:
Monday: Soy Ginger Flank Steak, Alfredo noodles, sliced avocados, garden salad
Tuesday: Deceptively Delicious Chicken Nuggets
Wednesday: Asian Pork Tenderloin with steamed rice and veggies
Thursday: Slowcooker Pot Roast with carrots and potatoes; garden salad
Friday: leftovers
Saturday: out to eat
Sunday: Carrot Lentil Soup and Chicken Noodle Soup (first one is a new recipe--not sure how it will go over)
