The Search for the Perfect Chicken Nugget

“My kids only want to eat chicken nuggets at every meal!” This is the cry I hear so often from other parents but what are you to do? Forget those fast food nuggets and make your own healthier version. There are many recipe variations you can find online but my family has a few favorites.

So, yes you can have your chicken nuggets and eat healthy too! A little bit extra effort but they’re worth it (hint: make up the dry ingredients as a kit for busy nights).
