When my daughter was little we would watch Food Network’s Everyday Italian regularly. She called it the “smiley lady cooking show”. And she was right. The host, Giada DeLaurentis, does smile a lot but as a result you can’t help but get excited about the different dishes she makes on the show.
Inspired, I picked up this book at my local warehouse club at a great price. Like the title suggests, you can make most of the recipes easily and incorporate them into your everyday cooking. From an appetizer like White Bean Dip with Pita Chips to Basil Pesto sauce to Beef & Cheese Manicotti, the recipes are simple to follow and delicious too. If you like Italian food and think it’s a lot of work to prepare, you may think otherwise when you check out this book!
