Robin To The Rescue {Cookbook Review}

From the host of Food Network’s Quick Fix Meals, Robin Miller has put together a book chock full of tasty sounding and doable recipes for any night of the week. What I especially like about this book is that each recipe offers alternatives to make meal prep easier or ways to tailor it to suit the tastes of your family. Some of the extra tips include Make It a Meal Kit (making up part of the meal ahead of time saving you time on busy weeknights), Bank a Batch (make one to serve and one to freeze for later), Slow Cook It (you know what that is!), Morph It (using the recipe or part of it to reinvent into an entirely new meal), Have It Your Way (changing up the ingredients to suit your tates) and 5 Ingredients or Less. The index is organized not only by the usual categories but also by all of those listed above so you can find recipes to suit the time and ingredients you have on hand. This may soon become my new favorite cookbook!
